SKIN ANGEL LOYALTY & REFERRAL PROGRAM
Terms & Conditions
The Skin Angel Loyalty and Referral Program has been created to recognise and thank our clients for their ongoing loyalty. By participating in the program, clients agree to the following terms and conditions:
LOYALTY POINTS PROGRAM
Earning Points
- Clients earn 1 point for every $1 spent on treatments.
- Points are awarded on treatment services only and are not earned on product purchases, gift vouchers, or gratuities.
- Points are added to the client’s account once full payment is received and the treatment has been completed.
- All points are tracked through our Mindbody CRM system.
Redeeming Points
- Points can be redeemed for any treatment service offered at Skin Angel.
- Clients must accumulate a minimum of 1000 points to redeem a $50 credit.
- Points can be used toward full or partial payment for treatments.
- Redemption is completed in-clinic at checkout through our POS system.
- Points cannot be redeemed for retail products, gift vouchers, or exchanged for cash.
- Points are non-transferable and may only be used by the client who earned them.
Point Expiry
- All points expire 12 months from the date they are earned.
- Expiry is calculated on a rolling basis, not by calendar year.
- Expired points will be automatically removed and cannot be reinstated.
- Clients are responsible for keeping their contact details up to date to receive any notifications regarding point balances or expiry.
REFERRAL PROGRAM
Eligibility and Rewards
- Existing clients can refer new clients to Skin Angel and receive a $50 treatment credit once the referred client completes their first paid treatment.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals a client can make.
- A referred client can only be referred by 1 person once a client has been listed as referred by a person the initial assigned refere will be rewarded the credit.
Conditions
- Referred clients must be new to Skin Angel to be eligible.
- The referring client’s name must be mentioned during the new client intake or at the time of booking.
- Referral credits are added once the referred client’s first treatment is complete and paid.
- Referral credits can be used on treatments only and cannot be applied to retail products, gift vouchers, or exchanged for cash.
- Referral credits expire 12 months from the date they are issued.
General Conditions
- Skin Angel reserves the right to amend or discontinue the Loyalty and Referral Program at any time.
- Any suspected misuse, fraud, or manipulation of the program may result in disqualification and the loss of any points or credits.
- Points and credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
- Skin Angel retains final discretion in resolving any disputes relating to the program.
