1. Definitions

- "Clinic" refers to Skin Angel Laser Clinic Pty Ltd.

- "Client" refers to any individual receiving services from the Clinic.

- "Treatment Regime" refers to a series of treatments purchased as a package.

- "Direct Debit Payment Plan" refers to the recurring payment method for Treatment Regimes.

2. Services

2.1. The Clinic provides laser skincare treatments. Specific services include:

- Laser Genesis

- IPL Limelight

- CIT Skin Needling

- SGA Acne Therapy

- Laser Pigment Removal

- Laser Vascular Therapy

- Sculpt & Lift Facial Massage

- EMS Face Gym

- Microdermabrasion 

- Vitamin A Infusion Facial

- Fire & Ice Facial

- Prodigy Peel P2​

2.2. Treatment Regimes are available in 3, 6, and 12-month plans.

2.3. Fees and charges may vary based on the selected plan duration.

2.4. A setup registration fee applies for all Direct Debit Payment Plans.

3. Treatment Regimes and Payment

3.1. Payment Options:

a) Direct Debit: Payments are processed monthly from the Client's nominated account.

b) Upfront Payment: Full payment option is available, which does not attract any Direct Debit fees.

3.2. Credit card details must be provided for Direct Debit plans ONLY.

3.3. Direct Debit plans are not available to be paid with American Express (AMEX) cards.

4. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation

4.1. Clients must provide 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will result in the appointment being forfeited and classified as redeemed for that month. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatments to accommodate following clientele.

4.2. Upon late arrival, treatments may be shortened to accommodate following clientele.

4.3. Missed monthly bookings result in no refund or re-booking for the month. It is the Client's responsibility to pre-book in advance to avoid missing monthly appointments. We recommend booking 2 to 3 months in advance.

5. Treatment Regime Modifications

5.1. Treatment Regimes can be placed on hold for a period that corresponds to the difference between the regime duration and its expiry period, as follows:

a) 3 Month Regime: Can be placed on hold for up to 1 month

b) 6 Month Regime: Can be placed on hold for up to 2 months

c) 12 Month Regime: Can be placed on hold for up to 4 months

5.2. Payment for the 'On Hold' month(s) will still be processed from the nominated account, and the held month(s) will be added to the end of the treatment regime.

5.3. A cancellation fee, equivalent to one monthly payment, applies if the Client wishes to cancel their treatment regime before its completion.

5.4. The use of hold period(s) does not extend the overall expiry date of the Treatment Regime as specified in Section 7.​​

 

 

6. Refunds and Exchanges

6.1. Treatment Regimes are NOT redeemable for cash or valid with any other offer.

6.2. Treatment Regimes are non-refundable.

7. Regime Expiry

7.1. Treatment Regimes expire as follows:

a) 3 Month Regime: Expires in 4 months

b) 6 Month Regime: Expires in 8 months

c) 12 Month Regime: Expires in 16 months

8. Client Responsibilities

8.1. Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal and medical information relevant to their treatments.

8.2. Clients must follow all pre and post-treatment instructions provided by the Clinic.

9. Informed Consent

9.1. By purchasing a Treatment Regime or receiving services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

9.2. Clients will be required to sign specific consent forms for treatments, detailing potential risks and side effects, if they haven't already done so.

10. Liability Limitations

10.1. While the Clinic takes all reasonable precautions, it cannot be held liable for any unforeseen reactions or complications arising from treatments.

10.2. The Clinic's liability is limited to the cost of the treatment provided.

11. Privacy Policy

11.1. The Clinic's privacy policy is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

11.2. Clients consent to the collection, use, and storage of their personal information as outlined in the privacy policy.

12. Changes to Terms

The Clinic reserves the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice to Clients. Continued use of services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes will be subject to mediation in Melbourne, Victoria.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any legal actions will be brought in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
By purchasing a Treatment Regime or receiving services from the Clinic, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
