​Treatment Regimes

- Available in 3, 6, and 12-month plans

- Fees and charges may vary based on the selected plan duration.

- A Setup registration fee applies for all Direct Debit Payment Plans

​

Payment Options

- Direct Debit: Monthly payments from your nominated account (AMEX not accepted)

- Upfront Payment: Full payment option (no Direct Debit fees)

Appointments

- 24-hour notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling an appointment

- Late cancellations: Appointment forfeited and counted as redeemed for that month

- Late arrivals: Treatment may be shortened to accommodate following clientele

Missed Appointments

- No refunds or re-bookings for missed monthly appointments

- We recommend booking 2-3 months in advance

​

Plan Modifications for Hold Periods​

- Treatment Regimes can be placed on hold for a period that corresponds to the difference between the regime duration and its expiry period, as follows:

- 3 Month Regime: Up to 1 month hold

- 6 Month Regime: Up to 2 months hold

- 12 Month Regime: Up to 4 months hold

- Payments continue during hold periods

- Hold periods do not extend overall expiry date

- The held month(s) will be added to the end of the treatment regime

- Payment for the 'On Hold' month(s) will still be processed from the nominated account

Regime Expiry

- 3 Month Regime: Expires in 4 months from start date

- 6 Month Regime: Expires in 8 months from start date

- 12 Month Regime: Expires in 16 months from start date

Cancellation and Refunds

- Cancellation fee: One monthly payment for early termination

- Treatment Regimes are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash

​

Client Responsibilities

- Provide accurate personal and medical information

- Follow all pre and post-treatment instructions

- Sign specific consent forms for treatments

- To pre-book in advance to avoid missing your monthly appointment

- By purchasing a Treatment Regime or receiving services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our full Terms and Conditions.

- You will be required to sign specific consent forms for treatments, detailing potential risks and side effects, if you haven't already done so.
